The Siren: The Original Sinners Book 1
I actually read this book a few weeks ago, but was at a loss. I took immediate notes but had to take a step back before reviewing. Such a great book, exquisitely detailed, thought provoking and yet… I was left on the outside of it for the most part. Melancholy. That’s what I was feeling once I hit the end. Just… off. No worries, though as it appears there is more to come with this series, so… you know. It’s not over ’til it’s over. Now, that’s not to say that the end is or isn’t a “happy” one… just that I know there is SO much more to explore. Much more to come. If you read it (or have read it) you’ll get what I mean.

PARANORMAL ROMANCE with…BIG MEN…BIG POWERS…BIG TROUBLE
Twenty-two-year-old Emma Keane has a secret friend. He’s powerful, mysterious, and devastatingly handsome. In her dreams, anyway.
In real life, he’s an enigma. Maybe just a teensie jealous. Definitely overbearing. He’s also a voice only she can hear.
So who or what is he? He won’t say. But if she wants to be free, to be normal, Emma will have to trek to the jungles once ruled by the Mayans and find the forgotten ruin holding the answers.
Book Review – Motorcycle Man by Kristen Ashley
Motorcycle Man (Dream Man)
She nailed it guys. NAILED IT!! While Tack (from this book) doesn’t beat my love for Hawk…
Tarah: Hawk is my fave!!! Tack may trump him though
Maryse’s Book Blog: Nobody trumps Hawk. Maybe not even Tate.
I mean come on. Hawk has those dimples (hehe). But back to Tack… his book (this book) sure as heck is now one of my all times favorites from this author. This was old school Kristen at her best. From page one, I had that “feeling” back. That starry eyed look of love, that exciting anticipation. Those flutters in my belly just knowing that how I was feeling as the “heroine” … might just end up slapping me in the face. Yep. And then it did. My starry-eyes changed to wide eyes of shock. And then I glared. Let the fuming commence.

Motorcycle Man (The Dream Man Series)
As if you had any doubts. This one was kind of obvious, wasn’t it? Bad boy in all of his gorgeous bad-ass biker glory and instead of me, being responsible, I’ve hopped on the back of his literary bike and I’m off for the night.
I have two reviews I’m finalizing… or I should say, I intended to finalize, but I’m too taken with Tack, and I’m joining his bad boy ways, at least for tonight. 50% in and I can’t stop now. Plus. There’s a tequila shot on the cover. I’m done for. 😉
