Had to persevere through the first 50 pages and I really didn't see how Stephanie could make us 'care' when the main character was mainly the 'baddie'. But she did! She has an amazing capacity to allow us to see the good in all and view the rights and wrongs of life from 'out of the box.' I knew this was going to be made into a film, but I worry how a movie could do justice to this complex story. I didn't know that further books were planned and I'm thrilled to find that out.
