Free and Bargain eBooks

LATEST UPDATE: The original list below was my main list that I used to add my finds to, but I have decided to instead, make a “freebies and bargains” category. This category is always updated and always has my latest blog post e-book “finds” (each post is listed by date – most recent posts first) —> http://www.maryse.net/category/news/bargain-and-freebie-ebooks

NOTE: Free and bargain priced when I added them, but prices can change on Amazon, so make sure to check before you finalize your order.

Free and bargain paranormal e-books that you can read on your Kindle, or even on your computer with the Kindle software. (NOOK USERS: I’ve been told that often, many of these freebies and bargains are also available on the Nook).

Also here are links to some free stories and novellas offered directly on an author’s website

Bargain eBooks

—>LATEST UPDATE: July 9th 2011

Not only are these a great deal (mostly 0.99 cents to $2.99), but the majority have high ratings, and some are even from best-selling series! Get them for these low prices while it lasts! (available today, and maybe longer…)

Also a TON of amazing book series BUNDLED!! Amazing prices that range from around $7 to $9.99 for three and four (and more!) books. Get caught up on a series (I will be!)

I’ve tried to select books with mostly only good/great reviews and/or full length (although some “short stories might slip in if it’s from a well known author). For those of you who are in the mood to try a new author (some self-published stuff is fantastic), or perhaps the first book in a hugely popular series, there’s a little of everything here.

If you’ve read any of these, let me know what you thought!

Here’s what I found for Kindle (you can also read these on your PC if you download the Kindle software – see link below):

Ok Nook friends! Here are a few that I was able to find for you:

Don’t have a Kindle? That’s okay, you can read these on your computer or phone with Kindle Apps:

Download Kindle for PC
Download Kindle for MAC
Download Kindle for iPhone

Download Kindle for Blackberry
Download Kindle for iPad (that’s how I’m reading these!)
Download Kindle for Android

That’s all I could find for today…if I’m missing any, let me know and I’ll add them.

So I went through quite a few of these books on my iPhone (the book store that I have as an app) and couldn’t find any of them for free! Help! I love BDB and almost every one of the books you reccommend especially the Vampire Academy series and would love to find some free bees! Please and thank you!!

Hello Terra!

This list compiles the free ebooks that I’ve found on Amazon (for Kindle). I also include the links to the Kindle software for your iPad, PC, phone etc…

Unfortunately, they are not necessarily free at other book stores.

Also note that when I’ve added them to the list, they were free, but might not be free by the time you look them up (I’m never sure how long they remain free).

I do not know of any free books for BDB or Vampire Academy… but ya never know. It might happen as a promotion. If it does, I hope I catch it in time :)

I hope this helps!

I have a nook that allows you to down load from your local library but if you download the same programs that allow you to get e-books from the library you don’t have to have another e-reader. Your library can give you the info on how to use there e-book programs. They are totally free and with the speed that I have been reading, buying books was getting too expensive even through thriftbooks.com and free shipping. The library has all the books and you can get them in the order you need to read them…it works much better than I ever thought the library would. They just fall off your e reader after the time frame you checked them out for.

I have to say that I share you reading addiction. Once I start it’s hard for me to put a book down. I really like you website and it’s variety of books that I can down load for free and also other books that I would like to read. I get a lot of my books from paperbackswap.com the have a great selection of books that you can swap with other reader also a place where you can catalog all the books that you’ve read.

Thanks Felicia! I have read the first 5 or 7? I believe, and LOVED the first 3 or 4, for sure. I intend to continue reading them, but just not all in a row.
