I tried, tried, tried to get into This Could Be Rock n’ Roll and I could not… Definitely not Kellan or Brian – the complete opposite- and I tried to not let that sway me. I believe it is written by a British author and clearly I am not one to get their humor or writing style. Nothing wrong with it – just not for me. I got to about 30% and gave up. Would be interested in hearing other people’s opinion about it if they have read it.
I’m reading a freebie now, I’m at 67% and haven’t gotten to a boring page yet…I can’t stop reading it…you know the type that you think…”Ok, it’s 3am, after this paragraph I stop…and it’s a cliffhanger and you just have to keep reading?! A real suspense book called “Abducted”…by T.R Ragan…a Lizzy Gardner series. I highly recommend it!!!
can’t believe you haven’t read diana gabaldon’s outlander series.. best books of ALL times. pun intended 🙂
I have! Well… The first 4 anyway… Love them!!
Madeline, thank you for suggesting Abducted! I just finished and, like you, couldn’t stop reading. I missed it as a freebie but think it was well worth the $3.99 that I paid for it.
