Oh you guys, look what another one of my favorite authors just emailed me! Charles Sheehan-Miles has a Christmas giveaway for our “Countdown to Christmas”! He said:

“I’d like to offer up paperback/hardcovers of the Thompson Sisters books (complete set)… signed, and anywhere in the world.”

Does he rock, or what? These books are awesome, heartwarming, and one or two of ‘em are definite tear-jerkers. These are the books he’s giving away:

  1. Just Remember to Breathe (Thompson Sisters #1) —> my Book Review
  2. A Song for Julia (Thompson Sisters #2) —> my Book Review
  3. The Last Hour (Thompson Sisters) - my Book Review (this is Carrie’s book – tear-jerker!)
  4. Falling Stars (Thompson Sisters) —> Novella Julia and Crank, but Sean and Carrie <— this one just came out so I’m not 100% positive it’s included in the giveaway but maybe!

How to enter for a chance to win this awesome signed set? Just leave a comment below and tell me your favorite Christmas book (or movie if you don’t have a book) and by tomorrow by 11pm EST (Sunday December 22nd 2013), I will randomly select ONE winner. The winner will be contacted and once I receive a response back confirming the address information, I will forward it to the author and she will send your signed book!

NOTE: The winner will have 48 hours to respond to the winning email notification. If no response is received, I will randomly select another winner. Make sure to check your email, so you do not lose your chance. THIS is open to INTERNATIONAL!! YAY!!!

My favorite book is the Bible (not to make this religious or garner sympathy votes) but this year in particular …I found comfort in my many romance novels to get through the hurt my ex caused our kids and I thrum his unfaithfulness …the Bible reinforced life will get better. The ultimate romance novel that solidified that one day I will breathe again/live/love again like many of the characters I read this year. Movie: Bridget Jones Diary.
