Reader question time (step uncle…)!! Miri wants to know…

“Hello Maryse. I was wondering if you or another reader can help me find a book I search for. I have not read it, I saw the synopsis on some blog and I can’t remember the title or the author’s name.

What I remember from the blurb is that a girl is traveling to live with her step uncle and I think at first she hate him but later fall in love with him. I am not sure but I think the cover is on the beach and a guy and a girl holds hands and she wears a bikini (I am not really sure about the cover but this is what I remember) I searched for it for a long time but I couldn’t find it. I hope that you can help me.
Thank you in advance,

Mandy: Twisted Summer by Lucy v Morgan

Deri: Abbi Glines series, I think. It’s been renamed since I read it

Carrie: The Girl in the Flammable Skirt: Stories (series) by Aimee Bender

Maryse’s Book Blog: 3 different guesses… this could be fun! Anyone else?

Angela: Twisted Summer, it’s a good quick read!

Jenn: It’s not Abbi Glines, but it definitely sounds like Twisted Summer.

Miri: It’s Twisted Summer… Thank you so much everyone and Maryse’s Book Blog too. I searched for this book for a long time I thought I wouldn’t be able to find it so again a huge thank you

Marion: Well done guys x

Maryse’s Book Blog: YAY!!!! I love you guys!! And thank you Miri for letting us know!!

So I bought Twisted Summer – it’s cheap, short and wicked… so why not? Thanks for always finding these little tid-bits for us.

My pleasure MichelleS!

There so much out there that we haven’t heard of that others have LOVED so I love finding out about ‘em.

Let me know if you read it and end up loving it.
