in Reader Questions

Since I’ve received quite a few reader questions over the last few days, I thought I’d separate them into two days worth of “Guess the Book” fun! Lee needs help with an M/M book, and I know we’ve got a bunch of enthusiasts here (including me! I just might know the answer)… let’s see what she says:

Lee asks:

“M!!! I need you.. the M/M group I am part of is going CRAZYYY over this!

This is what we have..

“We know it’s M/M .. it’s on a ranch/farm. Dad was an a$$hole.

Brother committed suicide in barn by hanging himself because he wanted to go away to school.

Brother held up passed brothers body until they were found. (I remember crying at this point) He is forced to stay at farm to help… He might be closeted? ”

Anyone read this?? Pleasee!!

Hrmmm… this makes me think of “Keeping Promise Rock” by Amy Lane. Here’s my review (it’s been a few years since I’ve read it so I’m fuzzy on the details, but boy I feel like I’ve read this one before, and immediately, it is THIS book that came into my head.

Any more guesses? Or am I right?

Lee found the right one!!! ➜ My Brother’s Keeper (Book Two): Rule Four and Five by Adrienne Wilder

She says:

“…after tagging almost ALL M/M authors that have written a cowboy story… this is the book Rule Four and Five (My Brother’s Keeper 2) by Adrienne Wilder Thank you!”
