I’m so happy that Bullet will include Jean-Claude again, like the old times!! One of my all time favorite vampires… *heart*

What is a “pom de san”? Proper spelling please. I have not seen it in print. I listen to the books on audio.

Thanks

A Pomme de sang literally means apple of blood. It is a favored pet of the Master of the City vampire, in this case, Jean Claude. His pomme de sang is Jason, a werewolf in Richard’s clan.

Thanks Cherry! :)

…not entirely correct cherry. a pom de sang is not a ter specific to a master of the city. any master vampire powerful enough might have one. when muzette visits she has an underaged pome de sang with her. muzette is not a master of the city.

Do her Anita Blake short stories fall in between these novels or are they completely stand alone? I am not even sure how many short stories there are.
Thanks!

No matter how many men Anita gets involved with..I love Richard the best..He is the most manly of the bunch…not that I mind the other guys..Nathaniel is special…gotta love him…Micah is always there for her..Jean Claude is Jean Claude… But Richard is the real sex pot!

I LOVED Jean Claude most. I did Richard also, for a while, but he got too mean for me. Unfortunately, Jean-Claude has been mostly missing in the latest books (‘cept for Bullet) but even in that one, it wasn’t the Jean Claude I usually sigh over…

I love this series I am currently re-reading it. Can’t wait for hit list

I loved Richard and Jean-Claude from the beginning, but I’m really starting to go xrazy for Devil! Also, is Strange Candy actually part of the series?

I love this seires I really love the male characters richard and Jean-Claude. I like that anita is a n independent women who comes to depend on her men. I like that she is bad-ass and can protect herself but sometimes she will let her men protect her only after they argue about it. I loved that my friends also tell me they love the sex sence in the book

I just started listening to the audio version of the Anita Blake Vampire Hunter Series. I’m not a big fan of all the vampire books but fell in love with Sookie Stackhouse…and now I’m hooked on Anita Blake. I love burying down in my pillows at night, slipping in my earbuds and listening to this funny, sexy, tough woman fight the supernatural. The narrator is awesome and I can tell when characters change and who they are. The only complaint…listening to the books it seems like there a lot of “I said”, “He said”, “She said” to tell which character is speaking…but I get right past that! I’m on book 7 and moving right along!

I have read every book up to date so far nearly 3 times! I love it! I especially love Nathaniel, he’s just so adorable I just want to take him home with me! Infact I almost adore all of anita’s partners! If only books could come to life… I do think that Richard turned into a giant ass sometimes but I still like him for some reason.. Hooray for the magic mythical hotness action packed series that I love so much!!
