  17. Teddy’s story as found in the The Bite Before Christmas Anthology
  18. Under a Vampire Moon: An Argeneau Novel by Lynsay Sands
  19. The Lady Is a Vamp: An Argeneau Novel by Lynsay Sands - expected release date July 31st 2012

What’s coming up next, in the Argeneau series? On Lynsay’s FAQ, we find out that:

  • Bricker (the youngest vampire of the group thus far, will most likely have his own story also).
  • As posted on her Facebook and her forum: “Avon has offered for four more vamps which will take the series to twenty full length novels and two anthos.”

Check out her FAQ! Tons of good info on how she came up with her characters, story line, the “nanos” and why the series went from the “Argeneau series” to the “Rogue Hunter series” (which, in essence are all the same series, since we are dealing with the same characters).

Maryse March 9, 2010 at 9:49 AM

Agreed! I can’t wait for the next one. I have my favorites in the series, but I pretty much loved them all!

layla April 8, 2010 at 4:13 AM

great books cant wait for the next one, The Renegade Hunter was great but left me dying to read the next book. I loved all the books, major fan and id recommened them to all. Alot like my favourite series the black dagger brotherhood series.

Diane April 14, 2010 at 9:57 PM

I have fallen head over heals for all of your books, including the Highlaner series. I have read more than 1 book twice and can’t seem to put them down. You really need to write them faster, it’s only taking about 10 hours to ‘suck’ each of them down.

I love series books, and yours are great. I have developed dry eyes from reading so much. Your books are riveting and once started, it is so hard to put them down. I want to know if The Renegade Hunter is book #12 and Born To Bite is book #14, what is book #13? I like to read all series books from the beginning up to the present.

P. J. Barnes May 15, 2010 at 9:48 AM

Your series books are riveting, spellbinding and really great really great reading. I want to know what book #13 will be if Born To Bite is book #14?

Maryse May 15, 2010 at 10:00 AM

Hi P J!

Book 13 is Tiny’s story which can be found in the “Bitten By Cupid” anthology.

Hope this helps!

sarah white May 16, 2010 at 3:45 PM

i am reading these at the rate of 1 book a day as i cant put them down, i have had to go and order 3 at a time so i have the next one ready to start.

Maryse May 16, 2010 at 3:55 PM

Oh I can relate…If I’m into a series that’s exactly how I do it. Nothing worse than finishing a book and being ready to start the next one, and not having it available…

William Larkings May 19, 2010 at 7:45 AM

I was lucky when I started reading the Argeneau Family to start at the 2nd, Love Bites. After reading it I went and bought in an audio book. Since then I have bought 3 books and 4 Audio Books and love them.
Thank You
Paul

Maryse May 24, 2010 at 7:23 PM

Clay October 26, 2010 at 11:28 PM

I so far have only read Single White Vampire but intend to get the whole series as soon as I can. Lynsay’s books have romance, action, and comedy all in one. And her writing is so fluid that you feel like you are one of the characters in that time and place. Only after you have devoured the whole book do find youself back in the real world. I haven’t been transported like that since reading Anne Rice’s Vampire Chronicles.

Maryse October 27, 2010 at 6:36 PM

It is truly a fun series. I read it all in a row, and never got bored. In fact, a new one just came out a week or so ago, and I think I’m going to start it tonight ;)

Justine November 7, 2010 at 2:38 AM

Im so glad that all these people like this series as much as I do and hope that this means the series will never stop there is always the new born babys that grow up and need a life mate to write about if we run out of family and hunters that is :-) I go to Lynsays site all the time to see if there is anything new to get excited about and I have read all the books at least twice 1 or 2 have been read more. will have to add this sight to my fav’s too happy reading Jussie.;-}

Maryse November 7, 2010 at 9:30 AM

Hi Ari!

Yes Bricker’s story will come out but not for awhile. I know…we’re all crushing on him already, aren’t we?

Here’s what Lynsay has to say about Bricker:

“Justin will eventually get his story but not quite yet. You will have to wait for his but in the meantime he will be the comic relief. Besides he’s pretty young yet and still enjoying life and all the liberties that immortality has brought him. He can handle a little wait.”

Kelley G November 23, 2010 at 12:06 AM

I love the Argeneau series, the men are so hot and interesting, it is amazing how you come up with these stories that all connect in some way, I am a avid reader, I love the hot sexy Vampire stories. After along day at the hospital working, then coming home to take care of my family, then spending time with my wonderful grandaughter Destinee, its so nice to relax and read about the hot vamps in your books. I have all the books and abosolutely love them. I read them all about 6 times each a year if not more lol. I know Leonius is still not caught is the Council ever gonna catch him????

Lorrie July 5, 2011 at 1:25 AM

I’ve read EVERY book in the Argeneau series.Just got finished with The Reluctant Vampire! And of course now I wait with MUCH anticipation for the next one to come out — IN 5 MONTHS (groan) and with the little sneek peek at the end of the last book I’ll be going crazy until then wanting to read it SOOO BADDD!!!I LOVE these books.I’m an avid reader and this is the ALL TIME BEST series I’ve ever come across. There’s everything you want in a really good book, romance, believable story lines(if there were vampires this is how it would be),action and comedy all rolled in one.I love the comedy, there are parts in every book that I laughed so hard I had cramps in my sides. That’s when my husband of 17 years thinks our 4 boys have sent me “over the edge”finally(lol).I’ll read every last one of these books until there are no more and I hope thats not for a VERY long time coming.

B. Berman July 5, 2011 at 2:45 PM

I have reading the series of Argeneau V. and i am now on book six and i wondering if Bastien and Terri every get married like his brothers and sister…

Linden July 10, 2011 at 5:24 PM

This is by far one of the best series out there. I am an avid reader and Lynsay Sands is in the top five of my favorite authors. So far I have only read three of books about the Argeneaus…but I’m going to fix that ASAP ;) Love the characters, the plots, and especially the way she ties in her other characters that we have all grown to love. Can’t wait for more!!

Well I have been searching for vacation reading material and I think I have found it. 11 days at the beach I should make a big dent in this series. Wish my library had these on ebooks, would make packing so much easier, because after reading everyones comments I know I will have to take 6 or 7 just so I don’t run out of reading material.

Julia September 13, 2011 at 4:30 PM

I would love to read a story about the Italian twin vampires (Dante & Tommaso. Also what would be interesting would be a book from the very begining with (Alexandria & Ramses) .

Jen October 3, 2011 at 4:34 PM

I love love love these books too! These were supposed to be fill-in’s while awaiting new Sookie & Anita… but I quickly fell in love with the entire series… Now I cannot wait for more!!! I want every single character to have more stories!!! I really want to know what’s happening with the original Argeneaus (Marguerite & Jean Claude’s children) now too… I’ve missed them in the last couple books… Jean Louise needs her story too! Sigh!!! Lynsay Sands really warms my heart with every book! I find myself relating to the characters in such an unusual way!

Maryse October 6, 2011 at 2:14 PM

Jen!! I love ‘em all too (well mostly… the last few have been hit or miss.) I can’t wait for Bricker’s book!
