in Reading Order Guide:

Hey!! Calling all my original indie-book-rock-star addicts! Remember this one from back in 2012?!!! I remember that a bunch of our crew, back then, were loving it. For some reason I didn’t review it? But I did find it in my “reading progress” as 3.5 stars, and it looks like the author has since released a follow up novella (I posted it below)…

AND!!!

Remember this one? This was the old cover version of “Falling Stars” from back in 2012!

A new book in the series was JUST RELEASED today. I saw it listed and I was all… hey! That author sounds familiar. But the cover of book #1 didn’t “tell me” anything, until I scrolled and found the old cover in one of my old posts! I was all… “OMG I remember this one!!” So consider this my “TBT” post. What a memory it is!!

In fact, here’s a fun conversation from 3 years ago (P.S. and sure enough, her “Jackson” came to fruition, today). I love these sneak-peeks into the future (from our past). :D

Tina: I’m reading Falling Stars by Sadie Grubor. Love, love, love, that both Hero and Heroin are rock stars.

Shannon: I recently finished Fallin Stars by Sadie Grubor and really enjoyed it – the ending was a bit anti-climatic, but I still enjoyed it – cried, laughed, raged.

Sadie: Stellar Evolution (the follow up novella for Falling Stars) … For those interested.

Kristen: @Sadie- I just downloaded it, I didn’t realize you were doing a novella.

Sadie: @Kirsten – It wasn’t initially planned. However, it felt like there was some needed closure for some of the loose ends. And a new story – around Jackson – has developed. So, I’m currently working on Jackson’s own book surrounding him. It wasn’t planned either, but I simply do as the characters tell me.  :o )

Maryse: I will definitely check that novella out, Sadie! Thank you so much for continuing the story, and I’m thrilled the characters come to life that way for you. Indulge them!! LOL! :)

Dawn: I just finished Falling Stars because you said it would be your next read I thought it must be a good one! You didn’t disappoint it was fantastic and I would love there to be a second book now.

Marie: I loved Jackson and Liza’s story, I fell in love with them so fast. It was worth the wait. Sadie out done herself .i can not wait for the next book ♡

Monica: Love the Falling Stars Series and HITS is amazing!

So I couldn’t help but post this new series reading order since, apparently, that’s what it has become!

About book #1:

Christopher Mason, front man of the band The Forgotten. He’s hot, he’s famous and everything a famous rock star can be. But despite his fame and bad boy look, inside he battles demons. Demons so powerful they may destroy him. All hope seems lost. Slowly, his star is falling.

Mia Ryder, lead vocalist of the band Hushed Mentality, enters his life. Energetic, fun, and laid-back, Mia is just about everything Christopher isn’t. And he definitely doesn’t want her on his tour.

But one night changes everything. For the first time in his life, Christopher Mason becomes sure of one thing, and it’s the one thing he’s tried so hard to push away.

Super BIG Thank you for mentioning Falling Stars today.

For awhile I didn’t think Jackson was every going to find his voice, but then he just took over and wouldn’t release me. Now, I’m happy to report that I am working on another novella for this series which will bring us back to Chris & Mia and perhaps a special moment some have been waiting for. As well as two more books planned for this series. :)

Thank you so much!
