Olivia Cunning’s “Tempt Me” is Now Live on Amazon! Another Rock Star Book!!

Tempt Me (One Night with Sole Regret), book #2 in Olivia Cunning’s rock star  series “Sole Regret” is now available. *Squeeeeeeeee* more tattooed bad boys for us! I hear this series is steaaaamy steamy stuff folks! Adults only 😉

I believe these are “short” stories, but I hear (at least as per the first book) that they pack plenty of punch. I hope so, ’cause I can’t get enough of a good rock star series, and I KNOW I already love her full length “Sinners on Tour” series. I purposely waited for at least another one in the series (this one) to be released, because I have a feeling one book won’t be enough for me. Now that the first two are available, they should hold me over nicely for quite a few hours. read more

Book Review – Taking Chances by Molly McAdams

Okay, here is another one that spontaneously rushed it’s way to the top of my list this week. I heard about it for the first time a few days ago, but over and over again, the enthusiasm was making me antsy. I just couldn’t put it off and had to see what all the craze was about. And… you guys did good! I’m on the fence with just how much I liked/loved it. I’m literally half and half with this book and I can’t commit to a grade, because there were some parts (big parts) that were full-on five star for me (loved and hated parts, but they affected me SO much that I was all “OMG this just became a 5 star read!!”) and theennnnn….. some other parts (or maybe just my “issues”) that give me that “3 star” urge. Behind the Books (RWA Edition) – An Interview with Lauren Stewart

Oh look!! I found one more interview from Caroline Hanson’s recent trip to the Romance Writers of America Convention. It is with author Lauren Stewart who has just recently released Hyde, an Urban Fantasy and here she is to tell us more about it (and herself).

Here’s how she described her book to me, and I must say, I’m intrigued!! (look below, you’ll see why 😉 There are some important “key words” there!)

“… It is dark UF with strong romantic elements and dry humor, inspired by R.L. Stevenson’s original novella Strange Case of Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde.

But unlike Stevenson, who probably didn’t find fictional bad boys as attractive as I do, what I tried to do with my book is to examine the theme of good and evil within the relationship between a heroine and her anti-hero. An anti-hero who can be just as cruel and abrasive as Jericho Barrons from KMM’s Fever series, who has the wit and sarcasm of Vishous from Ward’s BDB series, and who is as incredibly hot as both of them. I hope you’ll agree.”
