Following my heart, one book at a time...
New adult, college aged and what appears to be bad boys. And these are recommended by quite a few in our group. I love a good book hangover!
Jo: I’ve got a book hangover this morning… Ooooh, I loved Rebel! It’s really funny, and also sexy and sweet and hot!!!!
Bobbi: I liked it too! Wish there was a little more development of the relationship between the two characters … but I liked Rebel so much I found myself rooting for them anyway
Carrie: I loved this book!! Can’t wait for the next one!!
*phew* I’m feeling like this list is a little controversial. 
Oh there are lots of tried and true romance book recommendations (like the sweet/angsty one to the left *Rush♥Crush*), but… there are a few that are sounding my “very dark read” warning-bells. And tempting me badly. One even comes with an actual warning! 
Eeeeeep! But quite a few in that dark-genre have proven to be favorites, so you know me… I’m antsy to find another like those unforgettable ones. I shall be “taste-testing” (hopefully soon) for those that are nervous. The reviews look good mind you, but likely not for everyone.

You know… I don’t have much experience in the “rom-com” genre, as I tend to gravitate towards emotional devastation when it comes to my reads (<— Yep. I’m a sucker for punishment). But it seems every time I read a funny one, I end up loving it! I always thought that there was nothing better than a book that causes you to ugly-cry or one that gives you the urge to throw your book across the room ’cause you’re so mad at book-him!
This series just had a brand new release, has been recommended a few times in our “What to Read After Beautiful Disaster” list and Rori recommends it, too:

Here are today’s latest book releases (and awesome-sounding bargain finds) and I’m stuck. I have no clue which book to start next. I mean, no… I have a clue. TOO many clues. Last week I chose my reads strictly out of the brand new releases (three intrigued the heck out of me) instead of using my trust-y TBR List, and in those, I found two that I absolutely loved —> The Plan and Transcendence. So all in all, a great reading week for me.
This week, I have a few new releases that I want to jump on right away, but there’s that bargain series that is suddenly calling to me, too.
