Today’s latest bargain finds and reader recommendations are up! I’m reading “Play (A Stage Dive Novel)” by Kylie Scott (<—- UPDATE I am 5-starring this one, 😀 I LOVED IT!!!!!) AND “Control Burn Resist – Sequence Two (Songs of Submission)” ’cause they are both different enough, and both exactly what I’m in the mood for. A rock star, and a wealthy control freak. 😉 I’m gonna finish ’em both this weekend.

Sex on the Beach Series Reading Order
“Three New York Times Bestselling Authors. Three separate books. ONE hot New Adult Series.”
A series following the same group of characters, yet each book is written by a different author?! I think I LOVE this concept. I’ll know for sure when I read ’em, but I’m quite intrigued!
About book #1:
I’m just a girl...I’m a famous country star who’s spent her life cultivating a good girl persona to avoid bad press, but I’ve reached my limit. I’m going away for spring break with my two best friends from college, and we’ve vowed to spend the vacation seeking out fun in the sun–along with some hot, no-strings-attached sex. The only thing I needed was the perfect guy, and then I met Austin Murphy. He might be totally wrong for me, but the tattooed bad boy is hard to resist. When I’m in his arms, everything just feels right. And I’m just a guy…
I’m just a bartender who lives in Key West, stuck in an endless cycle of boredom. But then Mackenzie Forbes, America’s Sweetheart herself, comes up to me and looks at me with those bright green eyes…and everything changes. She acts like she’s just a normal girl and I’m just a normal guy, but that couldn’t be further from the truth. My past isn’t pretty, you know. I did what I had to do to survive, and she’d run if she learned the truth about my darkness. But with her, I’m finally realizing what it’s like to be alive. To laugh, live, and be happy.
Reader Question – The book where she’s learning to fight, and he’s teaching her.
Reader question/fighter alert!!! Maybe even love triangle alert? PLUS brother’s BEST FRIEND alert. Sounds like this book’s got it all… every little exciting tidbit that I love in my romance reads.
Okay, so… “she’s learning to fight” is actually somewhat common these days in the fighter books. That bad-ass/bad-boy fighter is usually “her” trainer, and I’m loving that premise. But, I’ve read it in a few blurbs, so I can’t even go on that, to help this reader out.
Maya Banks – The Surrender Trilogy Series Reading Order
<— Book #1 looks like it could be some serious steeeeamy fun… but with a couple of twists.
1.) Angst. ‘Cause she’s a window… pining for her husband’s best friend… <— *eeeeep* And he likes her back. Big time! and
2.) She needs a Dom. And he’s just the man to do it.
Whoa. This sounds intense! Plus, there are two more books on the way. 🙂 This year!!When he finds her in a club devoted to the darker edges of desire, he’s furious because he thinks she has no idea what she’s getting herself into. Until she explains in detail what it is she wants. What she needs. As realization sets in, he is gripped by fierce, unwavering determination. If she wants dominance, he is the only man who will introduce her to that world. He is the only man who will touch her, cherish her…love her. And the only man she’ll ever submit to.
About book #1:
THE FIRST BOOK OF THE SURRENDER TRILOGY
In her sensational Breathless Trilogy, #1 New York Times bestselling author Maya Banks tested the boundaries of desire. In her new trilogy, there’s only one thing left to do: cross them. And never have the consequences of erotic exploration been so irresistibly inviting, so shockingly intimate, and so totally unexpected…
Latest Paranormal & Contemporary Romance Book Releases – March 25th 2014
HAPPY RELEASE DAY!! As usual lots of great looking ones to choose from, but this list is making me extra “squirrely” today. Yep… my TOP TEN TBR list is giving me a dirty look right now, ’cause I’m gonna try and squeeze a few more in there. 😉 Hehe.
<— Like THIS one!!! Play ROCK STAR ALERT! I LOVED book #1, and pretty much LOVE anything this author writes, so I can’t wait to jump on this early release. It’s live!
And… Dominic (I’m on my never-ending quest to be affected once again, by a book hero as hard as Travis affected me), and Lena (and maybe even Lori) loved it. Lena mentioned Travis, and I’m all over that. So THIS just might be my very next TBR book. Except, I’m wanting to read it NOW, so I dunno how long I can hold it off. BIG-TIME squirreling over that one, right now.
