HAPPY NEW RELEASE TUESDAY!!!! Between yesterday’s earlybirds and today’s list, we’ve got so many amazing choices again! Like that one there to the left!! Taylor Jenkins Reid is TOTALLY one of my favorite authors ever, and Daisy Jones & The Six sounds like it will be tumultuous!! 😀
What else gave me a blurb jolt? Off the Air by L.H. Cosway (another awesome author!! And this one sounds like fun… two exes on a reality show together), Confidential by Ellie Monago (psych-thriller with a psychologist that may have done some bad things), Ain’t Nothin But The Devil sounds like forbiddeny goodness!! She’s married to a billionaire and heartbroken because of how the marriage is going… and then there’s her brother-in-law, Catastrophe (Beautiful Destruction Book 2) by Lexi Barr (OMG TOTAL BLURB JOLT!! She befriended an elderly lady that was dying… “…Falling in love with her engaged grandson in the wake of devastation was last on my meager list of priorities. But fate had another idea..”)

Monday Early Bird Book Releases + some that are going live at midnight! 03-04-19
<— GOOD MORNING & HAPPY EARLY BIRD MONDAY!! TIJAN FANS!!! Look what just went live early. 😛 It’s already in the top 100 on Amazon, and I have a feeling it’s heading for the top ten for sure. Eeeeeep!! Plus, I found us a bunch more…
But first… THREE THINGS:
1.) I watched “Overlord” yesterday on Vudu. and holy moly that one is intense and scary and SO good. Presents two versions of horror in one (the horror of wartime and that in itself was so shocking to me, and of course, the horror of experimenting on humans…)
2.) I also went to see “Fighting with My Family” at the movie theater (about a wrestling family trying to make it into the WWE, and that one was great. Funny, bittersweet, and had a really great “feel good message”. And of course, The Rock was in it and pure “The Rock” and had me laughing so hard. I loved it!
3.) I bought two old glass bottles (don’t think they’re antique) in a deep dark green, and one in a dark cobalt blue, to go with my dining set (on top of the hutch with a beautiful bottle glass my sister gave me in red and yellow). Those colors are all prominent in a really cool HUGE oil painting I received for Christmas (I love jewel tones) and it just looks so good together. P.S. the painting is so much prettier in person. Vibrant. Okay and now…
LOOK WHAT JUST WENT LIVE !!!
Remember When…? Reminiscing about the last 10 years on the blog…
My blog turned 10 just a few days ago, on February 28th 2019!! And our book crew have been reminiscing, so I couldn’t help but compile these fun “remember when…” tidbits into a blog post.
And bev is the one that kicked it off, (she’s our resident questionnaire-er…er.) 😛
P.S. Gah!! I SO wanna do Tasha J’s “meet up” suggestion. OMG YES PLEASE!!! 😀 That would be heaven. We’d need to build our blankie forts that night too. My dogs would be so happy too!! *snort*

About book #1:
When the new girl in town, Eliza “Izzy” Forrester decides to hit the local drinking hole, she’s not ready to meet the town’s good, solid guy. She’s definitely not prepared to engage in her very first hookup with him.
The Gift of You by Aidan Marus… just the description alone broke my heart
The Gift of You: An Anthology of Love & Sorrow <— Aidan Marus is today’s “Friday Finds” newsletter sponsor and I am THRILLED to have him with us today, ’cause… oh myyyyy that title just squeeeeeeezes my heart. A different format from our usual romance reads, but a love story nonetheless. Real life.
It was recently released (in January) and Aidan just reached out to me about it and sent me my very own copy. How could I resist something so bittersweet and heartfelt? The minute I read his email to me (and the blurb), my heart melted.
He told me:
