<— BREAKING NEWS UPDATE!!! Colleen Hoover’s upcoming release “Regretting You” JUST WENT UP FOR PREORDER!!! 😀
HAPPY FRIDAY EVERYONE!!! HOLY MOLY it’s almost already June. Summer is in full swing here in Florida (HOT in the 90s all day long, right now), and I guess it’s still somewhat cool in Canada where my mom is. Anyway, I will be spending this weekend in the air-conditioning for the hottest part of the day… reading. And luckily, we found a bunch of books to choose from. New releases, super-bargain, and reader recommendations (and all add more as we find ’em). But first:
Ahhhh two separate readers after my own heart! I just received both of these requests recently (and since this is one of my favorite genres), I figured I’d post both their questions and see what else we can come up with!
Dena: I became obsessed with psychological thrillers lately. Mainly because I always also loved books like Consequences etc and reading books like Behind closed doors now which is like more likely what would happen in reality haha. Does anyone has a good recommendation for good psychological thrillers?
Cassandra is looking for this one! It makes me think of one of my most favorite series “The Succubus Diaries” from back in my strictly paranormal days that had me crushing HARD on the good angel but even harder on the dark angel (“Zane”). OMG I was in LOVE with him!!! What a love triangle!!!
But I don’t recall her being a social worker, so I don’t think my guess is the one…
Short and sweet.
Only thing I can remember about the book is that female social worker is attacked after leaving a home visit.
