HAPPY MONDAY, HAPPY NEW WEEK, HAPPY MARCH, HAPPY DAYLIGHT SAVINGS!! I’m bummed losing that one hour (all hours are important to me) but I sure do love a late evening sunset. I’m always happier in daylight, so it’s all good!
Three things:
1.) I’ve spent a peaceful quiet week/weekend recovering and resting. I’m better but still under the weather. Annnnnd I tweaked a tiny stupid muscle in my back, sweeping. 🙄 I don’t think I was even aggressively sweeping.
2.) I can’t wait get my energy and creativity back. I have all sorts of planting/landscaping projects I want to start but I still don’t have the energy.
3.) I’m halfway through “Creep, A Love Story” and I’m intrigued. It took me up to 25% of the book to either get used to the overly (unnecessarily?), flowery, super wordy writing style. Feels very… self indulgent. Maybe it matches the main character, but it was hard to get a reading flow. Not sure if I got used to it, or if the author has toned it down as the story progressed but it’s finally readable (to me).

OMG “aggressively sweeping” for the win! 😂 I hope you feel better soon! I’ve had a numb hand from messing up my ulnar nerve for over a month now, but I refuse to stop typing so I’m just learning to live with it at this point. But I know what you mean. It’s like I’m constantly waiting for some ailment to heal itself so I can be 100%.
1. Still writing 24/7. Not sleeping much, but loving it. I hope my love for these characters shows in the end because, per my way, I’m stressing over every word!
2. I watched the Love is Blind finale and reunion last night and good for those girls standing up for their beliefs! Couples don’t have to agree (my hubs and I didn’t for yearsss), but you have to have enough respect to listen. And care. Also, I have a bit of a crush on Mason. 🤷♀️
3. We finally bought some plants over the weekend to replace the ones the freeze killed. Are calla lilies supposed to flop over like that? Kinda regretting that purchase!
