OMG THIS ONE SOUNDS TUMULTUOUS! He won’t look at her and treats her like an imbecile… and JulieO IS LOVING THIS SERIES (and is feeling relief now that the series conclusion will be live next month!!)
Mony: Will be reading… The Man Who Has No Soul (Soulless Book 1). About Cleo, a concierge in a high end hotel, who has to cater to “young and gorgeous tool” in the penthouse. 👍
JulieO: Maryse I started THE MAN WHO HAS NO SOUL yesterday …I loved it!!
Very interesting. Both characters were fascinating. I always like it when I learn something about an occupation. Anyway read entire book last nite… It’s always fun when you start a book and all of a sudden the dishes don’t need to be washed and you finally notice the dog has been dancing around in front of you bc she had to go out and then you look at the time and it is 3 in the morning. Love books like that.
JulieO: Maryse THE MAN WHO HAS NO LOVE HAS JUST SHOWN UP ON MY KINDLE. This is the 3rd book in the series and I am just loving it. The next and final book will be out in a couple of weeks…
Linda: Wow this post is so great!! I’m on my beach vaca with hubby and chose this series to read!! They’re all 5* reviews. Just finished book #1 today(drained the battery on my tablet) and immediately started book #2!!! Loving it!!
Mona: I always love JulieO’s recommendations! I’m checking it out right now! Thank you Maryse and JulieO!!
About book #1:
As the Director of Concierge of the Liberty Building in Tribeca, it’s my job to take care of the rich and famous, the billionaire suits, their trophy wives, all the VIPs. It’s like running a hotel—but for billionaires.
When a penthouse opens up, it’s like the floor of the Stock Exchange. The highest bidder wins. And this time, the winner is Deacon Hamilton.
He’s young and gorgeous…but a tool. He hardly says two words to me, won’t even look at me when he speaks and treats me like an imbecile.
But the longer I pick up his dry cleaning, deliver his groceries, take care of all the details of his life, the more I realize he’s not what he seems. He’s just brilliant. Extremely brilliant. A noble prize-winning doctor and researcher, Deacon Hamilton is one of the most gifted men on the planet.
But he doesn’t know how to talk to people, doesn’t know how to communicate, doesn’t know how to connect with anyone. Except me.
