Rachel needs our book help! Oh it’s a series, and this one sounds fulfilling (yet angsty!)

There’s this book that I read a while back that I was wondering if you can help me find. I read this a few years back. Here’s the basic plot line I remember. I’m pretty sure that it’s a part of a series.
The woman is with her dad and he has a heart attack so she gives him advil and saves his life. He goes to the hospital and they find out he’s very sick. The local doctor gets assigned to him, but the woman is upset because she wants the best doctor in the region so she makes some calls to get that. She ends up offending the doctor because it turns out he is the best doctor for this in the region, and her friends were right when they said to have more faith in him.
Later on in the book there was a cute moment when the woman is crying outside the hospital because she’s breaking down under the pressure and the doctor embraces her and helps her feel better. They end up being together and it turns out that the dad had been trying to set up the doctor with his daughter the whole time (she didn’t know about it.)
Also random detail – there was a sister abroad (in Italy I think), and she arrived to the hospital really late because there were strikes and she wasn’t able to get to the airport. There was another enemies to lovers book in the series about her running away from her potential love interest in her hometown that’s why she was abroad so much.
