This reminds me of one of my all time favorite books about mental illness with a huge plot twists that rocked my world (though I know for sure it’s not the same one).

The h in this novel is mentally ill (I think she’s undiagnosed and doesn’t realize???). I’m not sure.

Irl she lives by herself but she thinks she’s living with two friends a woman and a man, (I can remember the imaginary girlfriend name but the man is called Frankie, ??? , sorry).
She hides it very well but H eventually puts everything together and helps her treat her mental illness. She was put in a facility for awhile after that.
It’s a great read and I remember enjoying it so much. I was so shocked when that plot twist hit. I didn’t know her friends were imaginary!!!!
Anyway, please help me. I can’t figure out what this book is. I’m hoping someone here has read it and remembers it.
