Reader Question – The tearjerker book where the her husband’s cancer comes back…

Zolo needs our book help! Oh tearjerkers, I’m a sucker for ’em but these days I tend to shy away from the hurty-ones. 😂

She asks:

Need help finding remembering the name of a tear jerker-

the ml and fl are in love, ml has cancer, recovers and they get married etc etc.

The cancer resurfaces and rest are spoilers.
