10 Monday Early Bird Book Releases – 01-05-2026

HAPPY MONDAY EARLY BIRD DAY RELEASE DAY (and the start of back to school and back to work) *sigh* It was un while it lasted. 😉 !!! Not a huge list but it is one that has our favorite tropes. 🙂

Three things:

1.) I went crazy, took advantage of the New Year sales and bought a new couch set!!! Mine was at its wits end (and so was I) with my big dog and my littles (getting pretty destroyed) and it was finally time. And surprisingly, so far, so good on training the dogs to stay OFF the NEW couch set. Since it’s new to them, they are responding well to the training. But also… to help with the transition, I got them their own “couch” doggy-human beds which they are laying on right now as we speak. I miss the constant stuck-to-me couch snuggling, but they used to fight over me constantly, so at least that part is calmer. And… their couch is big enough for me to snuggle on it, with them instead. P.S. Once it decompressed fully, WOW!! It looks exactly like the picture, and it is totally cozy. I LOVE IT!! And so do my dogs.

2.) I’m sad-ish that the Holidays are over. So many wonderful days off, and time with my family and friends, and decor delights, and cooking, and something to do (or look forward to) every day, and on days where there was nothing to do, delighting in cozying up in this cool weather in PJs and binge-watching stuff all day, relaxing until the next event.

3.) BUT!!! Next up… my wedding anniversary on Valentine’s Day, so now I have something amazing to look forward to all over again! 🙂
