Reader Question – The book where she’s pregnant and he’s framed to look like he’s cheating (and he moves on with others after the split)…

By 1 Comment

Rachel needs our book help! Ohhhhh this one is gonna anger many ’cause it’s going to be hard for a reconciliation/second chance romance considering the other women (even if it was after the fact. BUT!! There’s an interesting twist. 😉

She asks:

Hello.

I’ve been looking for a book and here are some of the details:

MMC is framed to make it look like he cheated. The FMC gets photos of this alleged cheating. They split up and MMC sleeps with others.

FMC is pregnant and has baby. The MMC almost misses the birth, or does because he is sleeping with someone else. read more

HAPPY NEW YEAR my wonderful book buds!!! I can’t believe it’s 2025 but I’m hoping it’s going to be a great one (book-wise & life wise too!). 😀 I haven’t done much reading since last week, but I’m about to get into it this weekend!! I just started “The Arrangement” and I’m already into it.

What are you guys reading? Let me know. 😀 If you’re not sure, I have a nice list of awesomeness below for you to choose from. A few tropes that totally have my attention (like the shifter that falls for the human – so much angst!). Or the hot neighbor next door (love that & it’s Natasha Madison’s latest!!). OH!!! AND HOLY MOLY my biggest blurb jolt of the day and it’s on sale and I one-clicked that one SO HARD it tempts me to start it next, instead.*squirrellllll!!!* read more

Reader Question – The book about the runaway teen that stumbled upon a cult in the woods that went after her with a knife…

By 2 Comments

And here’s the third book that PJ is looking for. Ohhh I LOVE a book about cults and being stuck in one. Since this is only the first chapter of the book, I have no idea what the premise is, but it sounds like my thing!

She asks:

Looking for a book.

This last one was a yellow cover book. I remember it was around 2004 or 2005 that I read the first couple of pages and was intrigued,  but the book belonged to a patient that visited my practice and she took it with her.

It was a young girl,  like in her late teens that was running away from home.  She was hitchhiking and stumbled upon a cult like group in the woods. They went after her with s knife and I can’t remember if they killed her or not. But that was the first half or full chapter. read more

Reader Question – The book where they all had special abilities and they meet in a subway station for a mission…

By 1 Comment

PJ is looking for this one! This is question #2 in her trio list of questions. 🙂

She asks:

Looking for a book.

This one was a fantasy type action/romance.

There was a group of people that met in a subway station to get set up to go on some kind of mission.  They all had special abilities,  or were mutants or creatures of some type.  The main character was vampire and he was falling for, or in love with, one of the others, and she was Shape-shifter I believe.

Any ideas would be great.

Thank you! Happy new year! read more

Reader Question – The book about the girl that is being pursued and has major panic attacks…

By Leave a Comment

HAPPY NEW YEAR EVERYONE!!! I’m just going to take it easy today and read, and post some reader questions, so if you’re bored, this will fix it. 😉

PJ is our star reader questioner ’cause she sent us THREE questions. I’ll post them in 3 posts, so hopefully we can figure these out.

She asks:

Looking for a book.

Its a woman that is pursued by someone and has these incredible panic attacks where she is freezing. She can only get warm in the bathtub or with the man that ends up helping/ protecting her. read more
