Today’s Book Bash author spotlight features R.K. Lilley! Famous for her sexy alpha men, I absolutely fell HARD for her gorgeous angsty Tristan & Danika rock star series. *so much delicious agony!!!*

And I know SO MANY are head-over-heels over Mr. Beautiful over there to the left. 😉 He’s from her steamy Up in the Air Series (and I so need to read it!). Did you guys know there will be a book 4? I woke with a violent start. Bianca was gone, missing from our bed.
I had the foresight to throw on some loose athletic shorts before I headed into the courtyard. There was no security inside the house at night, but there were several on the property, keeping a close eye on the grounds at all hours.

I stormed to the closest guard station, but a dressed down Clark met me before I reached it. He lived in a large guest house situated near the back of the estate. It was his home, but it also held the largest guard post on the property.

“She’s with him,” he said shortly.

I nodded, and taking a deep, steadying breath, I turned on my heel and changed directions. I only knocked once on the door before Javier opened it.

“She’s fine. They’re both fine. I was just about to call you.”

“Where?” I asked, still agitated from waking up alone and to a panic that I doubted would ever leave me completely.

“Our bedroom.”

I moved past him, headed there. It didn’t even occur to me to ask permission. Where Bianca was I had a right to be. This was the order of the universe.

Calm, the first I’d felt of it since waking up alone, filled me at the sight I found in their bedroom. What was one’s normal reaction to finding the love of your life in bed with another man? Well, I had no trouble picturing what it would have been, if that other man had been anyone but Stephan. Bianca was curled against his chest, her head on his shoulder, his arms wrapped around her, cheek against her hair, both of them looking peaceful in sleep.

With a resigned sigh, I backed out of the room, closing the door quietly behind me. I turned to look at Javier.

His expression was rueful. “We signed on for a package deal here, but there’s no way we can claim we didn’t have fair warning.
“Bianca wouldn’t be Bianca without Stephan.”

Javier nodded solemnly. “And clearly, he’d rather die than lose her.”

“I owe him everything.” It was debt that was so integral to my being now that I felt it deep, a part of me.

I’d made the grievous mistake, at the beginning, thinking that patience, and Stephan, were my lesson, the price to be close to her.
Tolerating their closeness was something to be born, to be endured, is what I’d been foolish enough to think.

It was not.

It was my privilege.

*sigh* WOW!!!!!! My heart is clenching right now…

GAH!!! I gotta read this series!!!

Okay now, ready for some FAQ’s about The Wild Side?

1. How many books will be in the series?
This is a 3 part novella series. The Wild Side #1 is available now, IRIS (The Wild Side #2) will go live on June 27th, and Dair #3, on July 25th.

2. What is up with Iris? What’s her deal?
That I can’t answer. She’s got some secrets, clearly. I do love it when readers send me their guesses, though:)

3. What genre is this series?
I think it’s a healthy mix of erotic suspense, and erotic romance. It’s definitely a mind F, but these characters will grow on you, and I think you will really start to care what happens to them, and between them.

4. What is up with your obsession with neon, Drunk in Love, and Gladiator sandals?
Wait, what? That’s not me. That’s Iris.
Disclaimer: It might be me that is obsessed with neon, Drunk in Love, and Gladiator sandals.

5. Will there be any spinoff books related to these?
It is likely. After Dair is released, Mr. Beautiful is next, but after that, I have plenty of projects planned, (Tyrant, Authority, The Other Man, Crossing Fire) most related to either this series, or the UITA series. I like my books to connect to each other. You’ll even find some co-mingling between the two, starting with Iris:) Dair does live in Vegas, after all.
