HAPPY MONDAY!!! 11 NEW BOOKS JUST WENT LIVE, and there are some serious blurb jolts in these early birds!! One, biker cheated on her with a club girl, and another one, the arrangement between the surgeon and the nurse and now she’s pregnant, and then another, the football star and the snowstorm & now she’s pregnant, and then the therapist with a patient that is having an affair with her husband’s worst enemy… yep! The exciting stories are overflowing today!!
Three things:
1.) This weekend was operation husband’s-closet and what a project that was!!! This man still had his clothes from HIGH SCHOOL in there!!! So many pieces had memories so I get why he kept them, and of course encouraged keeping the extra special ones, but always asked the question… will you EVER wear this again… anywhere? And that solved a huge overstuff closet-issue right there. It is so liberating, clearing out the stuff that is just clutter and keeping us from seeing what we love. And he discovered some great pieces that he wanted to wear and had forgotten he actually had. YAY organizing!!
2.) THE KEEPER (a new book below, sounds pretty incredible!!) Total creepy blurb jolt, and makes me think of a storyline that Tarryn Fisher would write. Eeeeeeep!!
3.) Eureka Airspeed NEU10AE4 Upright Vacuum Cleaner <— I bought this little vacuum cleaner in an emergency last minute purchase (my big huge Hoover’s cord got all frayed at the base, for whatever reason and we have trust issues with fire and all that), so… since I really only have one room that needs to be deeply vacuumed regularly (the Roomba handles the rest), well, I found this little thing (though I didn’t realize how little until it arrived). My husband put it together and was thankful it was not expensive ’cause he didn’t have much confidence in the “feel” of it. He said he would have never bought it in person, but HOLY MOLY does it VACUUM DEEEEEEEEEP!!!! The reviews were right!! It’s not big & heavy and sturdy feeling like my Hoover, but this one does the job perfectly (and it’s light to boot!! I’m small, it’s small, we fit together perfectly). SO YAY ME!!!! Vacuuming is a breeze, and hopefully she lasts longer than the last one.
