HAPPY MONDAY, HAPPY START OF A NEW WEEK & A NEW MONTH!! Bye bye March. It was a GREAT month despite being super-sick for the first week of it, but I dunno, it just felt like everything eventually fell into place, and I’m happy and despite the slightly nagging cough that’s still around, I’m healthy!!
P.S. Also, today’s the LAST DAY for AMAZON’S “BIG SPRING SALE” and I’m going to search through it and post the awesome things I find, below (either things I want, or I just got, or I have and love). So keep checking back to see what I’ve found.
Three things:
1.) I bought a new car this weekend!!! A brand new white Toyota Camry and we laugh because some online have called this one the “Storm Trooper” edition, and HOLY MOLY they’re right. Tee hee!! That’s exactly what it looks like. Now to discover all of the accessories for it!!
2.) It took hoooooours for us to finalize the purchase. Apparently, the last weekend of the month/quarter is incredibly busy, ’cause when we walked in there, the place was FULL. And, the dark grey one we test drove, ended up being sold as soon as we got back on the lot, which was fine, since I actually wanted the white one anyway. Which means unfortunately, I didn’t have a TON of time to do my hobby stuff, or to start any organizing projects but…
3.) I DID just get this from Amazon yesterday, and I put it together and turned it into my nail polish/nail “stuff” holder. It’s simple yet freaking fantastic, holds everything I have, and then there’s room for more. It is super organized (I organized by color), and spins easily for me to choose to my hearts delight! I love organizing. It makes me feel calm & complete. 😂

Congrats on your car!!
1. I think I only have 30k words left in my book and I’m so excited. Really pushing for a May release but I think I’m fooling myself. I did just finish the blurb today! 🙌
2. Our pool light went out and I thought we just needed to replace the bulb but apparently it’s the whole housing at like $1200!! If it weren’t for the airbnb I’d just swim in the dark! Calling the company tomorrow to verify. :/
3. I’m about to go scrounge the house for dessert. Pretty sure there’s a turnover in the far depths of our freezer.
Eeeeep!! End of the week update!! How’s your book coming along? I can’t wait to read the blurb!
Desert wise, I’m into ice cream and cake these days. Or just ice cream. Publix has THE BEST ice cream I’ve ever had. The flavors are incredible.
It’s getting there! I’m having to do airbnb prep by myself this weekend so it’s taking a back seat, but if I can ever get out of here, I’ll have 3.5 solid days of uninterrupted writing time in the RV! But seriously. Every time I think I’m almost done with the house, something else happens. Now the automated disco lights aren’t coming on. 🙄
I’ll message you the blurb-in-progress!
