Lucy needs our book help… BIG TIME!! Not a ton of detail but maybe just enough to spark someone’s memory?

She asks:

Help finding a book

FMC and MMC have known each other a long time but she leaves and avoids coming home because she’s in love with him and there are issues.

She does finally come home though, I think for a funeral maybe.

I for sure know when she comes back, she finds out her brother is dating a girl that was mean to her in HS.

I’m all over the place but it’s been 2 days and I want to read this again so badly. read more

Sara needs our book help! This one sounds like a good read… but I have NO idea.

She asks:

I’ve been looking for this book for years! My uncle gave me this back in 2010-2012. it was small and paperback.

Set in America but I don’t remember the city. Starts with a party of some sort, two twin red head girls. One sister goes missing after the party. The other sister contacts this psychic who turned away from his abilities I think due to a past case gone wrong.

The sister has to convince him to help and eventually he does. It was just the male detective no one else, he had two spirits guides. the sister gets glimpses of her kidnapped sister through the book. read more

Sazi needs our book help! Okay I have two books that I remember precisely the Hero essentially kidnapping the heroine to claim her.

One by Kristen Ashley (The Golden Dynasty by Kristen Ashley <— one of my ALL TIME FAVORITES!!) and one by Mary Wine (Book Review – In the Warrior’s Bed by Mary Wine <— whoooooo the steam in THAT one *fans self*).

Anyway, those are my guesses. LOL!!

Jean needs our book help! i… didn’t even realize there was an Australian mob!!! But, why wouldn’t there be, right? Now I’m so curious about this one!

Hi Maryse,

I recall reading a book where the h was a detective and the H was Australian mob.

She had previously been married, and when remodeling discovered docs from her ex that implicated him in nefarious deeds.

I also think she was into muscle cars.
