Latest Update —> April 8th 2011
Hey! Lookie what I found? Some free paranormal e-books (available today, and maybe longer) that you can read on your Kindle, or even on your computer with the Kindle software.
- 50 Ways to Hex Your Lover by Linda Wisdom
- Heart of the Sea: An Others Bonus Story by Christine Warren (I read it is a re-release of one of her stories – ”talented witch, Jenny Ferguson”) – but it’s free, and many of her older books are being re-released
- Howling For My Baby: Cannon Pack, Book 1 by Beverly Rae (a werewolf story – looks full length)
- Dead Drop: A Lawson Vampire Bonus Story by Jon F. Merz
- The Golden Acorn by Catherine Cooper (YA Fantasy)
- Wings Free with Bonus Material by Aprilynne Pike (Stephenie Meyers highly recommends this author!) (pre-order for April 5th 2011 – FREE!)
- Alice At Heart by Deborah Smith (mermaids? – might be neat!)
- The Branding by Micaela Wendell (Elves, wizards and an evil branding…)
- Raising the Dead by Mara Purnhagen
- Beasts and BFFs by Shannon Delany (a prequel short story to the 13 to Life series)
- Retro Demonology by Jana Oliver (a prequel short story to The Demon Trapper’s Daughter series)
- The Blood That Bonds by Christopher Buechler (one of my friends recommended this freebie to me and said she really liked it)
- Grave Illusions (Jess Vandermire, Vampire Hunter)
- Gemini Moon (Moon Series) (a soulless princess…)
- An Unwanted Hunger by Ciana Stone
- Kiss Me Deadly by Michele Hauf (this one was a nice easy read – steamy enough and angsty enough)
- The Wild’s Call by Jeri Smith-Ready
- I Thought It Was You: Grimm’s Circle, Book 2.5 by Shiloh Walker (a short story in her Guardian Angels series)
- Reaper by Rachel Vincent (a short story from her Soul Screamers series)
- Fresh Blood – by Jennifer Colgan (on iBooks) and on Barnes and Noble (for Nook) (vampires!! What else! )
- Save My Soul – by Zoe Winters (on iBooks) and on Barnes and Noble (for Nook) (seductive incubus – aren’t they all?)
- Madison – by M.B. Forester-Smythe (on iBooks) and on Barnes and Noble (for Nook) – short e-book but about weres!
Don’t have a Kindle? That’s okay, you can read these on your computer or phone with Kindle Apps:
Download Kindle for PC
Download Kindle for MAC
Download Kindle for iPhone
Download Kindle for Blackberry
Download Kindle for iPad (that’s how I’m reading these!)
Download Kindle for Android
That’s all I could find for today…if I’m missing any, let me know and I’ll add them
You ROCK, Maryse!! Thanks for the leads….I have so much fun reading through the descriptions and choosing (hey, they’re ALL free, but I still “weed out” the ones I don’t think I’d like 😉 )
PS-I so totally agree with your review of Jeanienne Frost’s new book….didn’t have the “catch and reel in” effect of not being able to put it down. It took me a while to read it….Yes, I love Cat & Bones and enjoyed the story, but it wasn’t all consuming like her other ones have been. d.
Hi Danna! I’m the same way. I don’t download them all cause they’ll just clutter my reader. But there have been so many gems in the pile. So glad to share!!
I hope next Cat and Bones (or “world”) will have a little more *oomph* in the heart and drama department…Not that I want anything bad to happen between Cat and Bones. I love them together. But I just want *something* 😉
