Here is the Dark Hunter/Dream Hunter & Chronicles of Nick on one list, in order (with all the spinoffs and novellas etc).
The League books are a completely separate series as far as I know. I’ve read the first 3 or 4 in the series and did not see a crossover (unless that happens later in the series but I’ve not heard that), so here is THAT series reading order separately:
