I am looking for a book where h and H marry as an arranged marriage decided by their families.
H hates heroine and brings other women to his bedroom in the house he shares with h. h uses earplugs to shut out the sounds of him having sex with other women.
eventually they become friends and even star to fall in love when h somehow realises that either H married for money or something else.
Anyone have a guess?

I read Sparrow not long ago. Although some of the details fit, h does not use earplugs to block out the sounds of H having sex with other women as he doesn’t do this when she is home.
