THOUGH!! It does remind me of one of Madeline Sheehan’s books, Unattainable (Undeniable Book 3) (her character “Dirty” was incredibly antisocial and wanted nothing to do with anyone being close to him…)

I’m looking for the name of a mc romance book where the girl during her birthday party sees a biker chained up and being whipped, she saves him. He is scared and doesn’t let anyone touch him.

She goes off to college where someone stalks her. She comes to the biker for help with her stalker.
