Today’s reader question involves a cowboy… and a possible surprise! 😉 LOL!!!! I like the sound of this one, but since I don’t have much cowboy reading under my belt buckle <— *snort* see what I did there?

Dominique: The part I’m remembering is a couple in a hotel room getting dressed after sex, either the guy picks up his watch or the women passes it to him and the watch has stopped working.
He has no idea what it means but she’s does the women in the family know when pregnant cause no clock works for them. She ignores him at first and it’s her dad who spills the beans to him.
Think it’s a western book he’s a cowboy she works in the family feed store. Possible part of a series.
It’s gotta be a book cause my imagination isn’t that good lol. Any help would be awesome been driving me bonkers.

Rebecca: is it The Strange and Beautiful Sorrows of Ava Lavender? That book had stuff like that. Or Practical Magic or a Sarah Addison Ellen book? She writes stuff like that a lot.
