It’s part of a series (not sure which number but definitely not the first one).
The main characters have a son together, he knows it’s his son but it’s a secret since his family was part of the mafia in Italy so they kept his existence a secret form everybody.
Now they are comfortable revealing the secret because his older brother took reign of the family and moved to Italy.
Anyone have a guess?
