I need help finding a book I read a while back and I cannot remember the name or find it anywhere on my kindle.

It’s a fake marriage situation and he is her best friend’s brother. He needs to clean up his image for a business deal I think? She needs money to help save her parent’s house. It was a plantation home if I remember right.

They end up falling for each other of course. But then she gets pregnant. She had the flu and her medicine counteracted her birth control. And he freaks out.
