Reader Question – The book about the girl that is kidnapped while she’s scuba diving a shipwreck, and kept in a smart house…

Heather and crew are looking for this one!

She asks:

Help! Need book title

This was posted on another group by someone, and I want to read it but have no idea what book it it! Help! 🙏

Ok. Having a “menopause moment” with a book title I have read a few times over the years….

Story goes… A young woman is scuba diving with her sister and friends over spring break and she is kidnapped while she is diving a shipwreck…

Rich obsessed kidnapper locks her up in a “smart home” style house. His father gets involved at one point.

Ring any bells?

Anyone have a guess?

Bre: I’m trying to find this same book! Any chance you remembered the name of it!?

Maria: I think it’s The Dutch Smuggler’s Captive by Angelina Spears. I also found it under the alternate title Smuggler: A Suspenseful Bad Boy Romance on Amazon. I think it was part of an anthology.
