Ok so i don’t remember the starting point of the novel bt i think it is small town romance and grumpy sunshine trope.
The girl moved in with her mom and there she meets the H who is friends with her mom and i think is her neighbour too.
Obviously she’s attracted to him but he always acts cool to her advances because i think there is age gap too between them but he starts reciprocating her advances but never gave in fully and their relationship always remains rocky.
