Brandy needs our help, and this book that she’s looking for sounds action packed, and a bit scary! I know I haven’t read it, and she gives plenty of details below to spark someone’s memory. In fact, it’s very detailed, so proceed with caution (I’ve included some spoiler alerts).
She asks:
“I’m looking for a book that I recently read and cannot figure out what it is called or who the author is. This is everything I can remember:
Girl was raised by parents who were both in special forces/services (DHCA or something like that). Parents are killed when she is young for trying to leave organization. She is taken in by man named isa who is killed (later find out by her love interest) and then she goes to train for organization her parents were a part of.

She becomes “the guardian” or something like that (killing people who traffic kids when not on a mission) and organization (who she doesn’t know deals drugs and arms) uses that to their advantage to threaten.

Her handler makes her see a psychiatrist who starts hypnotizing her and plants in her mind that she hates the H. He barges in after noticing her change towards him and makes the psychiatrist fix her.
That’s all I can remember and it might actually be a combo of two books but I’m pretty sure I read it on Kindle Unlimited and already returned it since I can’t find it on my kindle. Thanks so much for any help.”
