Kitty needs our help and I’m pretty sure I read this one, so I will be backtracking through my reviews. However, somebody here knows it right off the bat and can help us?

She asks:

Kitty: Can anyone help me find this book? All I remember is that the main character got a job as a receptionist in a tattoo shop even though she had no experience with tattoos.

The tattoo shop owner was a bit of a dick to her to start with but the other tattooists liked her. She always cracked jokes saying ‘that’s what she said‘. I think the tattoo shop owner rode a motorcycle.

If anyone remembers I would be so thankful

Maryse: Oh yeah I read this one, Kitty!! It was good. Lemme try and find it in my reviews. :D

Anyone know which one we’re looking for?

Carmen: I’m 100% sure it’s Under Locke by Mariana Zapata

Deirdre: Under Locke by Zapata

Silke: Is it “Under Locke” by Mariana Zapata ?

Rebecca: I’m pretty sure it’s “Under Locke“.

Maryse: YES!!!! YES I am SURE that’s the one!! YAY!! P.S. Here’s my review. Lemme go tell Kitty so she can confirm. :D

Kitty: This is why I love you guys! I have been racking my brain trying to remember all week. Thank you :D

One of my most favorite of all time. Such a deliciously slow burn.

That description also fits a book I read fairly recently – Jameson (Brothers Ink Tattoo #1) by Nicole James.
