Nikky is looking for this book! Ohhhh unrequited love/arranged marriage/marriage of convenience alert!! I actually recall having read something very similar a few years ago, too. But I can’t put my finger on it.
She asks:
The book am searching for the lady is dating a guy he is an artist or so then she gets pregnant and he dies.
His elder brother who is in charge of the family business finds out, then offers to marry her and takes her home to live with him and his mom.

Harper: His Pretend Baby: 50 Loving States, Oregon by Theodora Taylor. It was released in 2016. She said 2006, but maybe it was 2016? The h is pregnant and the baby daddy died. During the funeral, his brother, who is on the spectrum, tells her they’re going to get married. But I don’t remember them living with the mother.
Nikky: I read the book in 2006 but i don’t know when it was released. But am sure the mother was in the picture because it was the mother she mostly spoke to. I think its either a mills and boon or harlequin book

The lady in question went to visit her aunt so while they were on the vacation the aunt had to leave and told her to stay back.
She saw a man who looked like he disliked her then she went to eat at a restaurant and saved a baby from being assassinated.
The man asked to marry her he is an Arab an arenaged marriage and she agreed because she had to pay the school fees of her younger brother but she made the sheikh believe that her brother is her boyfriend.

The story goes thus
There is a young lady who is an orphan, it is only she and her brother that are left. Her brother is in an expensive boarding school.
For her birthday she travels to go and see her auntie and they go on a holiday. Along the line her Aunty had to leave because something came up.
She was advised to stay back. As she did she went to eat and saw a nanny maltreating a baby. Before she knew it he came in to assassinate the baby and she protected the baby.
Then the sheikh proposed a fake marriage to protect the child and she agreed but the sheikh thought her brother is her lover.
She agreed to get money to pay for the brothers schooling that’s why she decided to marry him.
