The FL and ML have a meet cute at company elevator (FL holding something heavy & trips at ML’s feet?) and also ML is CEO of said company.
FL has trauma of SA from past that is unresolved but opens up over time to ML and then it is revealed that

ML’s younger half brother or step-brother was the one who assaulted FL all those years ago and ML covered it up for him because ML believed his younger sibling and thought the girl was lying.
BUT they both didn’t know who the other was until FL was introduced to man who assaulted her through the ML.
Romance heavy scenes, don’t remember title, author, or release year but maybe after 2010 (not totally sure though).
Anyone have a guess?
