It’s about a girl who lives in Paris with her parents and her brother. According to the girl she is the least favorite sibling her parents don’t like her and she wasn’t liked at school either as a result she doesn’t have any friends besides her brother (who is more popular than she is).
One day while her parents are away she snuck into her parents room and finds an old photo of her mother holding a baby. The picture is from before her parents even crossed paths, she then sees the name Elizabeth or Lizzy on the picture and decides to do some digging (online of course) her little brother advises her against it but she finds ther long lost ‘sister on a pregnancy blog’.
