Rhi needs out book help! Oh this almost sounds like a marriage of convenience type thing. And I’ve done that before… thinking I might have dreamt up a book (or dreamt an ending).
She asks:
Hi!
I was hoping you could potentially help with a book that I’m pretty sure I read but my memory is failing me on when/where.
All I really remember is the heroine is sick, she gets really bad fevers and she marries (I think – could just move in with) the guy. Their relationship is pretty mechanical at the start.
One scene i remember he hires a nurse and the nurse ties her down and he comes home and fires the nurse as the heroine is so upset. It turns out there is a cure for her illness and thats about all I remember.
It is driving me crazy cause I don’t know if I just dreamt this book up at this stage.
