in Reader Questions

Reader Question day!! And I have a few for us all ready to guess.

Okay this one says something to me!! I know I read that blurb maybe a couple of weeks ago or so (and added it to one of my weekly lists here), but my mind is drawing a blank. But! Maybe one of you knows?

Karen asks:

Can you help me remember the title of this book? Guy comes back with the girl’s room mate at college and sleeps with her (girl can hear them going for it) – when he meets the girl afterwards he wants her.

For some reason it’s in my head and I’ve been going through my books and can’t work out which one it is.

Hope you can help!

Anyone? :D

Stephanie: This does sound familiar. I can almost see it. This is going to drive me nuts.

Natalie: Pure Will by Kristi Pelton.

Tanya: Pure Will?

Elizabeth: maybe F*ck of the Irish (The Hard and Dirty Holidays) - author, Celia Aaron?

Samantha: Pure Will?

Rachel: Pretty sure it’s Pure Will :)

Jessica: Isn’t that kind of the premise in M. Leighton’s series with Cash and Nash? He’s dating the cousin/roommate but falls for her?

Jacie: Doesn’t something like that happen in With Every Heartbeat (Forbidden Men Book 4) by Linda Kage?

Suzan: Zoe York -”Fall Away” has that theme

Jaime: Pure Will for sure. I read it only last month.

Karen just responded: Thanks Maryse – it’s not Pure Will or any of the others so far….

Let’s keep looking….

I just had to comment bc when I was reading this list I kept thinking, “Oh, I love this premise! Wow, there are a lot of options…I need to read all of them!” *snort*

It’s as if the reader questions end up being mini “genre” lists. ;) I love them too! :D

I think it sounds so familiar to me because of that other guess the book question about roommates. The top one under related posts. Looks like same guess too.

Pure Will for sure. I read it only last month.

LOL bev!! You’re right! That’s why this one sounded familiar to me, too. *snort*

Looks like plenty are wanting to read it if they keep asking about it.

Thank you Jaime!!!! :D

Well… Karen just emailed me and said it’s not any of the guesses so far… (not even Pure Will).

So eventually I’m gonna make a “roommates” list. Tee hee!

Okay keep guessing if you have more ideas. :D

Ok, I had two thoughts but was embarrassed to mention them because the synopsis is different for both of these but these are what came to my head… Was waiting to hear if it was Pure Will…

Blurred Lines by Lauren Layne (but it’s best friends who live together and he brings a girls over) and Fangirl by Rainbow Rowell (at college, she thinks her roommate and the guy are together, but don’t think there are any sounds)

Seth (The Barringer Brothers) by Tess Oliver?

This reminds me of a scene when the girl wanders out to see him sitting at the table in his boxers and she is unsure if he remembers her or not. She hasn’t seen him in years and he is super rich. He ends up packing her stuff and moving her without giving her a say. I cannot remember the book for the life of me but it was good. I think he left her behind or something.Btw she lives in a rundown apartment and she doesn’t really get along with her roommate. Does that help?

The book I was previously talking about was Jaked by Sabrina Stark.
