I am looking for a book where the H is walking along a city waterfront area and he sees the h — she is perhaps an artist.
He notices that she is wearing a collar that probably means she is someone’s submissive, and so he strikes up a conversation with her. He gathers that she is not treated well by her Dominant and he makes a play for her, even though this is considered wrong in their circles.
