Hrmmmm for some reason Abbi Glines came to mind right away and “Bully” (but neither of the books I thought of quite “fit” this description). I don’t know which one it is, although I’d love to find another “Bully-esque” book, and this one sounds right up my alley!

Gist of the book; Girl comes home from ? and Mother was dating and is now moving them in to the house where her chiildhood enemy lives. He is like a playboy, but has a thing for her I believe. I am not sure if this was even released yet, but please help. I keep looking and it is driving me crazy.
