Hi,
I was wondering if you could help me name a book.
I read it many times long ago and basically it was about a girl who moved in with her grandma across the street from the towns bad boy who dated every girl. They because best friends and he enlisted.
She surprised him at his graduation ceremony and when he went off overseas he got badly injured and ended up in a hospital in Germany and he turned her away because he wouldnβt want her to see him that way.
That broke her and she came home and swore him off.
Her best friend also has dated the town Sheriff for years.
Please help, I really want to read this book again!!!
