One of our fellow readers is trying to help out a friend and she contacted me on Facebook with THIS reader question. So I posted it, and we were unable to find an answer (yet!!). But what it DID do was garner even more attention from fellow readers that said hey “YEAH!! I wanna know this book, too!!”
