May is looking for this one! It almost makes me think she’s looking for The Hating Game: A Novel by Sally Thorne.
She asks:
Hi Maryse!
There’s this book i can’t seem to remember. It’s an enemies to lovers office romance.
I think it seemed to the h that the H hated her from the first day she came into office (i think one of them was recently hired) He even went as far as rebuffing all her attempts toward friendship.
The H and h stay in offices whose doorways are directly opposite 🙂 Enough office drama 😉
I also remember she was the only female in her workplace except her boss I do hope u guys are able to solve this one soon :}
Anyone have a guess?
Nancy: I thought “faker” by Sarah Echavarre Smith …Ok yes could be the hating game but, the all male workplace makes me think it’s “faker” by Sarah smith? It was same premise!
Maryse: I just read the blurb, and I agree!!!
Dee Dee: Sounds similar to Tempt The Boss by Natasha Madison
Lupita: Sweet dreams Colorado Mountain Man series by Kristen Ashley (book 2). One of my Favorites
Alice: Sounds a little bit like Hate Notes by Vi Keeland. Which I absolutely loved.
ENEMIES-TO-LOVERS OFFICE ROMANCE!!
"...Going back to work was supposed to be a painless transition, but when my new boss turns out to be an arrogant, cocky jerk, he quickly turns my professional life into a world of torture.
Okay, fine, calling him an asshat before knowing he was my boss wasn't my finest moment. Hating him should be easy. I just never counted on him being so gorgeous or charming when he's not annoying me..."
UNREQUITED LOVE... ONE OF MY FAVORITES!!! He says something so rude about her when he thinks she's not listening...
"...Lauren Grahame is looking for her bit of peace. After leaving her cheating husband, Lauren moves to Carnal, Colorado, and gets a job as a waitress in a biker bar called Bubba's. It's a nothing job in a nowhere joint . . . until Tatum Jackson walks in. Lauren has never seen a man with such looks and attitude. But Tate does something Lauren doesn't much like and she doesn't want anything to do with him. Too bad for Lauren he's also the bar's part-owner and bartender.
When the rough-around-the-edges Tate meets the high-class Lauren, he thinks she won't fit in at Bubba's..."
P.S. Here's my 5-STAR book review of Sweet Dreams
Amanda: Tate from Sweet Dreams…..sigh….
D.G.: Sweet Dreams by KA…my fav! Love the way Laurie bonds with Jonas and Tate loves her all the more for it!
Nay: The most alpha of the alphas: Tate Jackson from Kristen Ashley’s Sweet Dreams.
ENEMIES TO LOVERS!! HE'S HER BOSS...
"...He’s arrogant, cynical, and demanding. I should know. Thanks to a twist of fate, he’s my new boss. But that’s not going to stop me from discovering the story behind his last love letter. A love letter that did not result in a happily ever after.
But that story is nothing compared to the one unfolding between us..."
Jaime: PS…one of my favorite enemies to lovers books is Hate Notes by Penelope Ward and Vi Keeland.
JR: I finished Hate Notes over the weekend and really enjoyed it. I gave it 4.5*. I liked the quirkiness of the heroine. It was a fun, sweet read.
OFFICE ROMANCE - ENEMIES-TO-LOVERS "...sexy rom-com where two office foes hammer out their differences to build a love that will last...."
"...From nine to five, Monday through Friday, she's tough as nails--the complete opposite of her easy-going real self.
One thing she doesn't have to fake? Her disdain for coworker Tate Rasmussen. Tate has been hostile to her since the day they met. Emmie's friendly greetings and repeated attempts to get to know him failed to garner anything more than scowls and terse one-word answers..."
OFFICE ENEMIES-TO-LOVERS ROMANCE!!! One of my favorites! Here's my review.
Alishba: The Hating Game by Sally Thorne: This book is about two co-workers who hate each other but are forced to work together. It’s a funny and enemies-to-lovers romance.
