read this book a while ago and for months I have been trying to remember the name it’s actually driving me insane! can’t remember alot of details but here goes!
so young girl (20ish I think) anyway, her mum passed away and she is now the parent to her younger brother (think he’s between 2-5yr old).
She pretty much falls in love with neighbour really hot guy etc.

I think his brother was the reason her mum died (drunk driver I think) she doesn’t find out till later in book.
I also remember that her brother calls her mum and also that the brother’s real dad comes back and his new GF actually hits the brother
