I had previously posted a “in search of book title” post in the ‘reader question’ section of your blog and couldn’t remember how to post a new question on that forum. I did reply to my original post with the answer to the unsolved book title (woohoo!) I was trying to find another book title.
AI has been unhelpful and says that it’s probably indie published and was hoping you and the other amazing readers on your blog could help me out!
The part that I remember is…
*Romantic suspense, the fmc was previously a victim of a crime or witnessed something. She has to eventually move in with the mmc because of a new threat/ her apartment building was done with construction/renovation.
There is a specific scene where her landlord was explaining to the mmc that the fmc had to rent an apartment in a building under construction to distance her from the other tenants because they were complaining “about the noise” from her nightmares. *
I know that this a highly specific scene 🙂
