Nancy is looking for this one! I’ve read a few books with characters who are deaf (LOVED them all) but the three that come to mind don’t have the “bad guys” in the storyline she describes below.

I need help with a book that I read a few year ago. I don’t remember the title or the author of the book.
All I remember is that the two main characters met in college. The girl lead is very innocent. The boy lead is deaf.
The boy lead lives with his older brother who have bad associates. The girl brings the boy home for the holidays.
I know this is not alot of information about the book but that all I remember.
Can you please help me find out what is the book title and who is the author of this book because I really want to reread this book again.
